I had a problem with my car yesterday afternoon where I experienced mechanical issues. I called the road site helpline and was assisted by Tebogo Moloi, he was attentive, assured me that he will get the towing truck as soon as he can considering it was getting dark and I was with a 3 year old. Within 10 minutes, I had someone to take me home safely. He kept calling to check if I’m safe and reassured me that help is on the way. This is by far the best customer experience I’ve received from any insurance company I have been with. The Uber voucher was a cherry on top. Thank you Tebogo for the exceptional service 🙏🙏🔥.
