I had a problem with my car earlier today, I contacted Miway Insurance and Teboho Moloi responded to my call and took down my deals and problems I was experiencing with the car. He even went further to ask if I was in a safe place. He organized a tow truck for me and kept on calling to check if I was still safe and updated me on the whereabouts of the tow truck. I didn't feel that I had a problem anymore as I was dealing with an efficient young gentleman, who demonstrated losts of love and passion for his work. He spoke to me in a respectful manner and I really appreciate his efforts. We would like to have many people like Teboho who show dedication, understanding and love for the work that they do.
