I had a policy with them for 8 years, I had a problem with my exhaust which I took in and they recommend a Decat which I did and called MiWay to inform them about the change and unfortunately it fell under their condition of cover which they don't cover because they consider it as a enhancement of performance, speaking to one of the senior consultant he said they will give me 30 days notice of cancelation and I asked that to say if I get a after market catalytic convertor or an OME fitted which will return the car to manufacturering standard will that be acceptable and he said he will find out and return to me, to my surprise I don't receive his call rather just a cancelation notice, how pathetic of MiWay without having the decency to atleast give me feedback on my request of fixing the catalytic convertor. It's all sunshine until you have a problem and they can't even help you sort it out.
