It was not just Magdeline's politeness, clarity of voice and good procedure. Which was all perfect by the way.<br> <br> It was the fact that she was able to deal with my query and was empowered to assist me without having to bounce me between different staff, departments or branches.<br> <br> I had a very good call and as a bonus, my premium was reduced.
