I had a mechanical breakdown far away from home. I logged my emergency request on the Miway app and received a call within minutes from Angelina who was super kind and helpful. She added me on the WhatsApp group and stayed in contact with me and updated me continuously on the progress of how away the towing service is. In between I was contacted by a security company who wanted to know if I am on a safe area and if I needed security whilst I wait for the towing service. The driver from the towing company was extremely helpful, respectful and friendly and his truck was neat and clean. He also drove very respectful. I commend your team on excellent customer service you made a bad situation an pleasant experience Angelina even followed up to confirm that I got home safely.
