I had a mechanical breakdown

I had a mechanical breakdown. It was around sunset and I was traveling with a six years old. She was a bit worried and so was I. I logged on the app for roadside assistance and a helpful gentleman asked me a few questions to authenticate my identity and a to confirm my location. Within a few minutes it was confirmed that help was on the way. The towtruck driver also called and confirmed that he was coming. Within the space of an hour the towtruck had arrived. My vehicle was towed to my place and I was really very satisfied with the service I received from MyWay.
