I had a horrible experience this morning and I was not in a good space. I called the call center agent twice and not good clarification However I called back in all anger and frustration and Katlego Mawela calmed me down and listened to me, she asked me to relax and she will definitely chat to her manager and promise to return my call. He did and just as helpful. He did his best to assist me in my interest and get the needed information thatbi wanted. I want to extend a heartfelt of gratitude to both of them for reaching out and going an extra mile to make me secure and at ease
