I had a great time today talking to your service agent Lindiwe Maseko ☺️🥰🥰. It’s very rare to find someone that is very passionate about her job and talks to you like you know each other, makes you feel welcome and relaxed. I even forgot that l was talking to a stranger and worse call centres are a nightmare for me with my past experiences but this was different. For the first time I’m truly impressed. Welldone 👌 💯.
