I had a great experience with MiWay today. I spoke to Buhle Gumede this morning regarding my premium, which I felt was too high. She took the time to review it properly and came back with a very reasonable offer. Buhle was super lovely, professional, and helpful throughout the call. Excellent customer service and a very positive experience overall.
