I had a great conversation with Angelica Math from miway, trying to claim for a damage camera wall mounted unfortunately it wasn't under my policy and she explained it clear to me way it wasn't covered and I thank here she did a great job and now I no that I was claiming under the wrong insurance policy and that's why it wasn't covered.
