I had a good experince when they started the claim…now a week later they have lost documents, opened two claims and my car has not even be assed, they call me maybe 1 a day…i regret giving them a compliment, as now their service is shocking and they dont seem to care about assiting the client and rectifying their errs which are causing delays and failing to provide any service…i am mortifed…
