I had a flat tyre

I had a flat tyre . I sent a WhatsApp and was assisted by Bheki . I notified them that I do not have tools to change my tyre and assistance was dispatched for me . The guy who was sent to assist called and asked if I have tools to change when I said I didn't ,He said he also doesn't and asked that I wait for him to go look for them . I notified miway of this and Bheki said he told the guy that I do not have tools . When the guy arrived ,he mentioned that all he brings is his hands to change ,miway does not require them to bring the tools to change . This is worrying , imagine if it was at night . Anyway ,I am happy with Bheki from Miway ,he assisted me as quick as he can . I am most happy with the tow truck guy who came to assist me I think his name is Collen. He's a very friendly guy ,changed my tyre with a smile .
