I had a flat tyre......
I had a flat tyre... Almost 2am in the morning, stuck on the N1. In less than 10 minutes mi way sent a technician to assist with my flat tyre while staying active on WhatsApp to ensure I had received my requested service. Friendly assistant and friendly repair team. I felt safe at all times. Shaunese Osborne was on my call and assisted me through the WhatsApp process. I want to also give some recognition to the technician. Very friendly and super helpful Farhaan's towing! Thanks guys! Miway has done well to integrate a DM platform such as WhatsApp into their ****nal to be able to give clients another option to stay in contact.
