I had a flat battery on my truck and I called the emergency service for assistance at 13:40 but I was advised that I would be assisted within 60 minutes, but 60 minutes passed followed by another 30 minutes still no assistance

I had a flat battery on my truck and I called the emergency service for assistance at 13:40 but I was advised that I would be assisted within 60 minutes, but 60 minutes passed followed by another 30 minutes still no assistance. I called them again and Bheki advised he can't advise me as to when I'll be assisted, he then contacted someone(an African lady) from Tony's truck on a 3way conference call who advised that they were still awaiting for a quote from MiWay in order to assist me and she advised that she cannot tell me as to when I'll be assisted, Bheki advised he'll call me back in 10 minutes to advise me when I'll get assisted but he didn't. I called again after 20 minutes and Bheki made another conference call with someone (colored male) who then advised that I'll be assisted within 39 minutes, an hour passed and I called the tow services directly and spoke to the same guy who advised me that the driver was sent to the wrong address. He arrived after 40 minutes
