I had a faulty battery , car wouldn’t start, and i called Khensani who assisted me very fast. she started by asking to call me back as I was low on airtime and her manner on handling my call was amazing! I even told my partner that “interaction with her was the best I have had from a telephonic customer service yet. She assured me that she was going to get someone to boost my battery as soon as possible and within 15 minutes of speaking to her , Leonard was at my gate and problem was fixed.
