I had a dead battery about 60km from home and submitted a roadside assistance request
I had a dead battery about 60km from home and submitted a roadside assistance request. Within 30 seconds Ronald Nkotsi called me, confirmed my details and location and let me know that he would arrange assistance. I received confirmation within 5 minutes and about 30min later a tow truck arrived to jump start my vehicle. Very pleased over all
