I had a claim with Miway and allocated Joseph (Atlarelang Nhlapo) to assist with my claim. His customer service skills are exceptional. He makes the customer feel at easy while I was stressing with the claim. He explains the process and never leave me in hanging what is the next step. Joseph would call and let me know the status of my claim. His is an asset to Miway and a good attitude as well.
