I had a claim which I was assisted very well up until it was approved
I had a claim which I was assisted very well up until it was approved. After it’s approval I heard nothing back from them and I had to follow up until i called and only then was I assisted. I’m eating 4 only because Mashudu Mthombeni was amazing on the phone.
