I had a claim that had been going on for months and the claims handler didn’t bother communicating with me
I had a claim that had been going on for months and the claims handler didn’t bother communicating with me. I called the call centre today and spoke to a lovely lady named Felicity Machaba and within a few minutes my claim was finalised.
