I had a car accident last year December

I had a car accident last year December. I had to pay an access of R8000. Because the accident wasn’t my fault, I enquired on how to retrieve my access back. My case was assigned to Kgomotso Maraba who informed about the processes involved and told me that it can be a lengthy process. She did told me however that she would ensure that she do the best she can in retrieving my access. I’m very happy that I just received my R8000. I’m also very happy that Kgomotso put her best in helping me, she kept me informed which is the what I was most thrilled about.
