I had a blocked pipe in the house and they refused to assist indicating that they had no plumber in their network around my area
I had a blocked pipe in the house and they refused to assist indicating that they had no plumber in their network around my area. Even though I explain to them that there is plumbers around the area. They relentlessly insisted that we pay for our own plumber even though this was a dire situation and we explained we are unable to get a plumber on our own. To say I’m disappointed is to say the least
