I had a bad experience with regards to being debited more than the agreed amount, i was then assisted by Tebogo, who was truly amazing. Some agents work like they don't need the job (what'sapp agents from MiWay) however the service received from *** was outstanding, he take pride in his work, he has empathy and understands the client need. He is an asset to the brand. My professional opinion would be to promote and retain Tebogo. Help him to help others. The customer service environment needs more people like Tebogo!
