I got stuck at the medical center with a sick 11 month old baby. I did not have airtime and used whatsapp to contact MiWay. SIYABONGA MATETE was my consultant and he was helpful. Service provider was there to jumpstart the car within 20 mins of logging a call. What humbled me is when Siyabonga asked if i am safe where i was and if i felt safe. The service provider helped and when the car did not start afyer being jumpstarted. With the watsapp i got tow truck. My phone battery was abt to die as well. I send a watsapp that i am on 15%. Siyabonga phoned and assured that an authorization will be provided and he spoke to the service provider.... before i know it the service provider said he got authorization to tow the car. I am home now and safe with the baby. Thank you miway and Siyabonga.
