I got involved in a car accident in August 29, my car was written off, on September 21st I sent an email to cancel my subscription, but to this day my account still gets debited. I have made countless calls, spike to countless people asking for cancelation. They all said they did, the last time I called I spoke to Tshepo Denha, when checked on the system the account was still active, nothing had been done. Why am I billed for something that does not exist in my name anymore?
