I got assisted nicel...

I got assisted nicely by Patrick Mbalati - he deserves 5 star rating - but my problem is that firstly I called Miway and the phone was answered by a female I did not even get her name - while I was busy talking to her my airtime was finished before I could state my case - the lady did not come back to me - I had to do an airtime advance in order for me to call again - the lady was not professional and sympathetic enough to come back to me - mind you I am a lady stranded in the middle of nowhere
