I got assistance from Tebello Modiko on a long standing issue i had been following up on with various consultants. Although new to the case, Tebello went above and beyond in giving feedback about the query and even gave me her direct contact details in case i dont get the necessary assistance. For me that is commendable client service.Thanks so much!
