I got an sms this morning informing me that my inspection was not done. I was very upset because I had submitted everything on 24 April to Shakiri Masango, who confirmed that she submitted all the pics that I sent her and that my policy is up and running. She however did not submit all the pics I sent her, hence I was not aware that I'm driving in an uninsured vehicle. Anyway I hot excellent assistance from Thato Makola, he really made my day better as I was very upset. He was very calm and has a sense of humor too. Thank you so much Thato
