I got a better offer from another insurance company and contacted miway to cancel. They attempted to review my premiums but we were interrupted by an incoming call on my side. I asked Tumelo Raneke to give me 10 minutes to attend the call. He never called me back, I tried to call him on his direct line, i tried the whatsapp line, and i even emailed miway *instructing them to cancel and not bother ro review) to no vain. Today (2weeks later) they debited my account. Where do I get money to pay 2 insurance companies 😡
