I give up for MIWAY. Quick to sign up, useless to help with THEIR FAULTS

<p>So Years Back, I added my wife on as a driver on the policy. When they emailed me the lastest Schedule, my wife actually noticed that they had her license details incorrect. When I called yesterday, they had amended the details, and they stated that I should get a R16 refund. This begs the questions, If i am due a R16 refund, surely i am due for that refund for every single month that MIWAY had my wifes details wrong. The Representative then told me that she is going to speak to her Manager, and she will call me back, When she called me back, the Manager told her that they cant do anything, becauser it is my fault. I should have checked my policy schedule after she was added to the policy. So what they are basically saying, is that I should make sure the MIWAY is actually not DUMB. I mean i tell you to make a change on a recorded call. if your confirms that it has been changed, do i now have to go and check my schedule that you email 1 minute later. I trust what you told me over the phone is true. I cant see how this becomes my fault. I have dealt with MIWAYS nonsense for years, because I was hanging in for the MIrewards, If that reward is a JOKE......After I get the reward, I am going to be moving my insurance to some oppenent where I will get something OUT. Miway is really useless.</p>
