I first dealt with a man named Ricardo telephonically and he taught me a lot about MiWay and other insurance companies as this is the first time I'm being insured. Whenever someone else from MiWay contacted me I always told them to send my regards to Ricardo and to thank him for his service. When it came to doing my self inspection of my vehicle, I had some problems with the app but Thabo Mohapi offered to do the inspection for me and all I needed to do was email him a few pics and he did it. I sent him the pics on a Sunday as it was the only time I was free and could take the pictures clearly. Not was not even two days and Thabo came back to say the inspection is done and I have my vehicle inspection certificate. It has been a great experience with these to people helping me on this huge new journey standing in front of me. Thank you guys
