I first dealt with a gentleman in customer service whose name I cannot remember now but who seemed to make it sound extremely difficult to assist me with my request. I called back again and got through to Nozipho who was so friendly, helpful and wonderful! She asked the right questions which led to resolution within 5 minutes. Something which unfortunately the first gent did not do. Thanks Nozi!
