I find that it's much easier to reach a call centre agent with Mi Way than with any other insurer. I can try to reach Better Sure for days, but with Mi Way, it's instant. Or there's the call back function where I am called back promptly! Being able to speak to someone quickly when needed is key. Also I appreciate how Mi Way is receptive to negotiating the best rate with me, to retain my business. Also, claims are paid, which is a biggie. What's the point of insurance if claims are rejected? Mi Way is doing very well and I am happy with their service.
