I feel Miway should have stepped in immediately to get Outsurance to pay the R5000 I had to pay the panelbeater to release my car. (Please note that the accident was not my fault at all!!) Instead, I had to borrow the money. It has taken Miway close to 7 months to get the R5000 back to me. Follow-ups with me during these months were minimal until Alistair (Legal Dept.) took over a short time back. Alistair kept in regular contact with me and had the matter sorted out in under a month. What an star performer Alistair has been.
