I ENQUIRED WHY MY PREMIUMS ARE TOO HIGH.
THE CONSULTANT EXPLAINED WHY PREMIUMS ARE CHANGED BUT I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE AMOUNT AND SHE OFFERED TO ADJUST THE PREMIUM. SHE CALLED BACK AND NOW I WILL BE PAYING LESS.
