I encountered significant issues with my policy premium, experiencing unexpected and unexplained increases each month. Despite numerous calls to their call center, these issues remained unresolved for an extended period. However, I would like to acknowledge the assistance of Tawhira Jardine and Gugulethu Ndlovu from the MiWay Complaints Department. Through their intervention, the matter was eventually resolved. While my initial experience was frustrating, I appreciate the eventual resolution and the efforts of Ms. Jardine and Ms. Ndlovu in addressing my concerns. I encourage all MiWay policyholders to carefully review their policy documents, monitor their premiums closely, and promptly address any discrepancies with the insurance company.
