I emailed miway, I informed them that I needed to update my home address details, I was called by them less than 24hours later, my details was updated the lady asked if I needed any other assistance she offered to see if she could get my premium to be less than what I currently pay, she forwarded me to her senior adviser and he did magic by getting my premium down, thank you miway team I will gladly refer you guys to ppl who's in the market for top quality insurance and communication
