I don't think it's fair that Miway insurance can constantly call a customer when they want you to sign up with them but yet when you request a call back it takes more than 72 hours for them to return your call as stipulated by their agent

I don't think it's fair that Miway insurance can constantly call a customer when they want you to sign up with them but yet when you request a call back it takes more than 72 hours for them to return your call as stipulated by their agent. I have been requesting a call back since Saturday, I called in twice since this morning,spoke to two different agents. One agent who even provided me with his email address to "remind" him to call me back at 12 and another who tells me she can't call me back immediately but can only call in an hour. Very bad service, is this also going to be the process to get assistance in an emergency Miway???
