I dont need the insurance anymore

Im not happy with this company l was on medication when l took their insurance but l realised that their instalment is actually higher than the one one l have l went to my bank to reverse x2 debit orders but still they debiting my account. They can see that lm reversing why are still debiting my account again my debit orders are running on the 30 and they now debit on the 25 who gave them authority to debit my account on the 25th and now l will have unpaids on my account who is going to pay those unpaid debit orderswhy are they not calling me to confirm what is happening Regards Thembi
