I don't have any claims so I can't give a comment of any value.However the over 20percent increase in premiums each year ....just tells me they don't know their clients and leave it up to a computer to generate the new amount annually. I hardly drive my car and this will be one thing that motivates me to move to another Insurer.The car is 8 years old ...only done 58000km and a 21.12percent is not on.It has been slightly reduced but I am not that satisfied.
