I do like the professionalism

I do like the professionalism. But I would like to suggest that, in future you just give a summary of the contract instead of narrating the whole contract over the phone. It took 45 minutes of my life listening to your Agent, Of which I wasn't receptive. More paper work is better than listening to an endless story.
