I didn’t expect to be assisted so soon. I had resigned myself to wait for two hours plus. I was surprised when the service provider phoned to say he was 6 streets from my house and that he wanted to verify the location. The lady who received my call was exceptionally professional, polite and assisting. Big up my way!
