I did a request to.call back via the.miway webpage. Within a few minutes someone called me back. I was in the bus and did not want to share private information where other people could hear. The agent asked is she could call me back in the morning. I didnt think anyone would call back as i indicated i wanted to remove a vehicle from my cover. Surprisingly the agent call me back, was very efficient and knowledgeable. She assisted.me well, was very polite. I then asked about retentions and she transfered me. That agent too was very efficient and assisted me in a friendly and professional manner. I am impressed with the service and both calls took less than 20 mins of my time. Thank you
