I delt with Nihal Singh from Miway. Not only sis he go out of his way to assist me and answer all my questions he went as far as flowing up with me not once but 3 times I had asked him some questions and because it was not questions that he could answer as this was not his area of experience he made sure i was put thru the thé relevant departments and again followed up with me . He got my claim approved and if he said he was going to do something it was done within minutes I think many people and agents iv delt with at miway can learn alot from him He was friendly,professional and empathetic and truly went out of his way for me This level of service is so amazing to receive as this does not happen often If dealing with him only going forward wudv been an option that wudv been my choice! 20 out of 10 Nihal for going the extra mile for a complete stranger!!! I wish him the best and know he will go far!!
