I dealt with Bhavika Ramchendran who is a legal advisor and pursued my 3rd party claim. Discovery Insure accepted liability for an accident but when it came to payment, they were difficult and had to be sent a letter of demand. Bhavika was relentless & kept me updated on progress until she finally confirmed they recovered the money. Thank you Miway & Bhavika
