I couldn't use the app because they had my details wrong, but in the beginning I was able to use it with no problem, then they increased my premium and I could nolonger access my policy on the app

I couldn't use the app because they had my details wrong, but in the beginning I was able to use it with no problem, then they increased my premium and I could nolonger access my policy on the app. I tried to update my details via call centre they still got my details wrong
