I contacted Miway to renegotiate my vehicle premium and agreed to discuss at a later date as it was not possible at the time. Miway noted this and then went to the extent of ensuring they contacted me first although it took several attempts on their side. This is an unexpected experience these days where in many cases the onus is on clients to follow up. The engagement was professional, efficient and understanding.
