I claimed on the 18th of April on my MiWheel policy

I claimed on the 18th of April on my MiWheel policy. No feedback receiced. Uploaded photos the same day. Made contact last week and was told that someone will call me. Which no one did. Today I asked again for an update. Molebogang said that an email was sent on the 21st. A disclaimer form. No email was sent. She then sent me the email which must be printed and signed and scanned back in. I do not have access to those facilities at home. She keeps on saying that is the procedure. It is like an automated response on the WhatsApp chat. And she keeps on saying the relvant department will update me. Not happy with my outcome. The rim was not included and now the relevant department will update me again for a new disclaimer. How long will this take? The relevant department will update me. Like they updated me the first time. Really not happy with this claim.
