i cant describe the kind of service i received

<p>the word to define the service i received from solomzi is not yet created.</p> <p>i call to let him know about the new quote i received. he then put me on hold for 18 + mins while im on my cellphone he then ask me yet again to confirm my details. what kind of service do you get from miway while being loyal for 6 full years. What solomzi sleeping on duty or not paying attention???? what do people do during working hours? Is this the kind of service i am paying for every month if so can i please go to the other insurance company wh was able to sort me out in 10 min. then his manager Diago has the same attitude like his. He was not even better then him. He labeled me as frustrated and he does not listen. As a manager you must have listening s****s. If his manager is like this i cannot expect any better service from the subordinate.</p>
