I called yesterday and the lady who answered the phone said his supervisor will call me back to review my premium. Indeed the gentleman by name Bonolo Magagula called me this morning at 8h30. We couldn't finish the conversation and he called back at 10am. He was able to reduce my premium and for the same premium I now have warranty cover
