I called to speak to an agent regarding my tracking device I am with miway blink and did not realize I called incorrectly Managed to get through to Dominique v Staden who assisted me regardless and pushed for the correct place to give me a call back I am happy I got though to someone who was willing to assist me being helpful and empathetic even if I had incorrectly dialed wrong place 🙈
